1. HCI Platform management, Linux administration
2. Web platform management (Azure, WordPress, Magento)
3. Identify, document, communicate then mitigate System Incidents
4. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
5. Oversee continuous service level improvement initiatives associated with core processes and mission-critical systems (ERP, Mail Server, Internet service and Shared Environments).
6. Asset Management – Maintain server room physical & digital assets, escalate pressing issues
7. Support employees and stakeholders for issues related to IT malfunctions
· Implementation of projects cited in the IT List of Projects
· SWO after each intervention (internally or 3rd Party) on any of the above mentioned systems
· Implementation of ISO9001 & 27001 IT policies & procedures
Specific skills/ competencies necessary for performing the function/ roles
· Bachelor degree in the field of information technology or communications engineering
· Languages : English, French(optional)
· Linux administration certificate.
· Strong knowledge of ITIL.
· Solid working knowledge of proprietary IT technologies, including MS Azure Administration, O365 Administration, MySQL Server administration, Windows Server administration, Exchange Server and Active Directory
· Citrix/HCI Certification/Xen (Recommended)
· Azure Certification (Optional)
· Excellent project management skills are essential.
